Rise & Resist!
This past weekend I was interviewed on the Rise & Resist podcasts. Holly Works and Lacy Davis are doing amazing things to change the fitness industry on the West Coast by providing safe, body positive spaces for people of all background, body types and genders to become more badass. Listening to their podcast has inspired me to become a coach and has made me more open-minded. During the interview we talk about running, nutrition, strength-training, gear and how training has changed the way I view my body and food!
